We were going to go to Costco for 2 tires thinking their price would be the best and they said since we were only doing 2 and therefore couldn't rotate the tires (even though my other 2 were great shape) I basically would have voided my warranty as soon as I put them on the car, and I do not have all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. After talking to Big O they not only matched my tires exactly but they rotated them as needed and installed the 2 new ones leaving me and my vehicle much safer. Also, they got me better tires for only $12 more than the other tires Costco would have sold me. So extremely happy for their prompt and professional service!

I was referred over to Big O by a service associate at Suburu because Suburu didn't have the tires that I needed. Big O explained why I needed 4 tires even though only one was flat (I have an AWD vehicle). The tires were ordered and installed on my car the next morning. John was outstanding - courteous, helpful, professional.

I was more than overdue for an oil change and it could not wait any longer. I work around the corner from the Redding location and called to see if they could fit me in on a very busy Friday. John assured me if I was able to leave my vehicle with them that they would get it done. Sure enough it was done well before the end of the day. They were efficient and accommodating. They made it so easy for me, I will be a Big O customer for life!

I have 6 vehicles and I only trust the Redding big o they are all top service providers. My wife told me something was wrong with her odyssey she noticed that the rear tire was flat so I filled the tire with air and took it down to them not only did they fix the flat, they rotated the tires all in less than 20 minutes, I hardly had to wait. All my vehicles go to BIG O in Redding Thanks Guys for a great job as always!!!!

Called them 1/2 hour before they closed to see if they could assist my daughter with mail in tire. They had her bring car in, were helpful and respectful, and made her feel valued. Thank you to Dusty and rest of crew!! This is what true customer service is about.
