I waited in the waiting room for an hour. It was very uncomfortable. I sat at the counter. I would rather have had a comfortable chair or couch. It smelled like rubber with tires all around. No tv or lite jazz on the radio. And worst of all the a/c was much too low. No fan. I sweated the entire hour. I will not use the waiting room again. Next time I will schedule an oil change during the fall or spring when I can sit outside.

I recently had my tires rotated and balanced. The sales and service staff were courteous, professional and obviously committed to having me leave the store satisfied with their quality of service. The technicians did a great job on my tires and I was very pleased with how well the car handled on the freeway.

Dusty was amazing helping me with picking out a lift kit, new tires and wheels. The rest of the staff are all amazing as well. I’ve been bringing both of my vehicles here for the last 5 years for everything and I will continue to do so.

Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgable about the rims and tires we were interested in purchasing and helped us make the perfect choice for our vehicle. They polite, kind and considerate. I went in for headlight restoration. When they realized they couldn't help me. They were prompt to call and advise me to invest in new headlights instead.

I came in with a problem on tire that had blown out it's sidewall.I had paid extra when I bought the tire's at a "Big O" in Los Lous,New Mexico.

I can always expect fast, friendly service when I go in. Also, I like that I can drop off my car and they'll give me a ride back to work so I don't have to spend my lunch break waiting.

I had my tires rotated last week before my husband and I went out of town for the 4th of July. They were so fast and very friendly checking on me while I was waiting. Always a great experience!

While returning home there was broken glass in the road, I thought I avoided it but then my low air pressure gage turned on..figured I’d stop by Big O’s and good thing I did…I obviously had hit a piece of the glass and had an active hole in my tire…I’m shocked the tire didn’t blow, the kid showed me the air pouring out and got my vehicle in straight away and all fixed up…I can’t express how grateful I am especially since my disabled son was with me and waiting is not his strong suit. Everyone there especially the young man who I first met was so kind, courteous and helpful.

Took car in for oil change and they added on a rotation on their own because they noticed it was time... awesome!You don't that kind ofservice anymore!
