Big O Tires

Was a kong time customer of Les Scwab and was unhappy the last few times we purchased tires there so we decided to look around. We were very happy with the service and out new tires for our Jeep. We now have a new tire store.

The staff and brands are great. Prices are very fair

I had a nail in my tire. I showed up in the middle of the day without an appointment and they were able to get my vehicle in and fixed in a timely manner. Jay was amazing as usual. I highly recommend Big O Tire to EVERYONE!

Jay Edwards is amazing and all staff basically. My tire purchase has some problems with rebates that were misleading, but overall just great customer service, and even with some troubles with alignment and oil change they stood by their work. Just super pleased with the service even with how extremely busy the store is. Big O tires needs to build another store in Redding, CA.

I had big o tires maintain my fleet vehicle's and personal vehicle's for 20 years when I sold my business I moved and looked for big o again to take care of my vehicle needs.

I went in, because a noise, I thought to do with alignment, was coming from my front wheel. After checking my alignment they couldn't locate the noise. They decided to give it a second go and located a rock caught in the swing arm. Problem solved. I appreciate them listening to me and not blowing me off. I appreciate the second effort. I appreciate great customer service. I appreciate our local Big O.
