Only thing is you should have appointments for tire rotation. It took about 11/2 hours on a first come basis. If I had an appointment it hopefully wouldn't have taken that long.

Best tire place I've used in California. Mike especially was great. I send friends their way, I solidly believe they are the best in northern California.

Both the salesman and the individual who worked on the service were amazing. Highly professional and worked hard to ensure satisfaction. I recommend a raise for the individual who worked on my vehicle. He was multitasking multiple things at once and managed to complete my service extremely satisfactorily fast with all of the tasks he was working on.

I brought in some white wall tires I had ordered online for my vintage VW bug so Big O could mount them for me. I was impressed to see comments placed on my order about ensuring they were extra clean in working with them and I had even said anything. They mounted and balanced them and they looked beautiful! I'm really impressed with this store. I've had excellent experiences here every time I've had my vehicles worked on.

Each person I talked to was extremely helpful. Always upbeat. Dusty made calls to manufacturers to make sure that they would fit.

I called a few days before and spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was polite and professional. I told him want I wanted and they had them in stock. I dropped my truck off and they completed the service I wanted.
