To anyone that has a vehicle take your business here. They are very frendly and professional.

Both the salesman and the individual who worked on the service were amazing. Highly professional and worked hard to ensure satisfaction. I recommend a raise for the individual who worked on my vehicle. He was multitasking multiple things at once and managed to complete my service extremely satisfactorily fast with all of the tasks he was working on.

I started going to big O tires because their service is great. And their technicians know what they're doing I went to less Schwab and their service was terrible they fixed everything except for what was wrong with the vehicle hands-down you're better than the rest

Scheduled to depart on vacation at 3:00 PM. At the last minute we had to change vehicles. I arrived at 12:00 PM and needed service and rear brake job (Brake job recommended at previous service, which I choose to put off until next service). Mike S. took care of our needs, and had me out at 2:48 PM. Our vacation departure unaffected. Fantastic service!!!

Great service in helping me find the right tires for our car. He pointed out a better tire that was also on sale. Drop off and pickup was easy.

Normally I don't use Big O Tires for auto parts and service but on this particular occasion I needed a car battery, it was a Saturday, and I was a bit strapped for cash and I wanted to use my Car Care One credit card. I used the Synchrony Bank website to find local merchants that accepted the Car Care One credit card and Big O Tire was the only merchant listed that was open for business and had the right battery for my car. When I got to the Big O Tire store I found it to be very busy and crowded with customers. Many employees were busy working on cars and the customer service employees were busily focused on serving the many customers waiting in line at the service counter. When it was my turn, Jay, the service employee was very friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, and amazingly in spite of how busy they were, he was very calm and collected. Jay was so nice and cordial before, during, and after the sale of the battery that I left the store convinced that I will use Big O Tire for all my future auto parts and repair needs. Great job and a big shout out to Jay for making a big, big, difference!

I bought a set of chains from them back in December due to a huge snowstorm closing all the highways going to where I needed to go. Was pretty sure I wasn't going to need them but wanted to have them in the car "just in case". I didn't need them and brought them back...6 months later. Walked in and the store manager (the same man who waited on me 6 months earlier) greeted me and returned the chains with absolutely no problem. 2 things here...how often do you find the same people working retail 6 months later and how often do you return something 6 months later and not get any grief? This store is in Redding and I live in Reno but I believe I'd drive there just to do business with them.

The customer service was great. Felt very comfortable. Took care of my tire and it was fast. Will definitely go there again for tires, etc. Can't say enough about my experience there.

Each person I talked to was extremely helpful. Always upbeat. Dusty made calls to manufacturers to make sure that they would fit.

Everyone at the Redding store has always given me prompt and friendly service . . . I can always wait for the oil change and tire rotation, and they're done when they say they'll be. And they always look around for any possible problems with the car. The store is very well kept, with a nice waiting area.

I called a few days before and spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was polite and professional. I told him want I wanted and they had them in stock. I dropped my truck off and they completed the service I wanted.
