These guys every time i am there hot or cold work hard and as a team. when they tell you your car, or truck will be done it is. if not they will let you know why before so you can make plans if need be. They honer there warranties no excuses, no hassle just results i have shopped with BIG O for 9 years now and honestly say have never had a bad experience there. thanks Big O John and staff in Redding CA. for all your help.. The drop off process was easy. They understood what it was that I needed. They called me right when my car was done and I was quickly helped when I got there. They were super friendly. My car is great.

Fast friendly service

Got an oil change. Was greeted by name which shows management makes it a point to have their employees make customers feel important. I have to get fully synthetic oil so the price is a little higher but that is the case anywhere. I was happy with the service, the way the staff made me feel, and I was able to get a same-day appointment.

Great service. Highly responsive to an unexpected screw that was discovered in my tire. Minutes before closing they took me in and repaired my tire quickly. Allowing me to get to work without delay the following morning. If not for the help, I was likely to need AAA the following morning to pump air in my tire so that I could get the Big O to repair. This wasn’t necessary since they were able to accommodate me at a moments notice right before closing.

Came in for some unknown issues with a prius and they got us right in and called to go over everything and had it ready to go a few hours later.

Dropped the car off for tire rotation with Dusty. Went to Guadalajara (Restaurant not the country). Picked it up from Connor (very cute he should greet everyone)

The guys at Big O Tires more like family to me than a business. They're all like my brother.

You Guys at Big O Tire on Cypress in Redding are the best. You helped my daughter when she had a blowout and replaced the tire at a small labor charge (do to the nature of the blowout) Your customer service was considerate and educational to her and taught her some things to look out for. She appreciated how you communicated with her and felt great in the knowledge you shared with her. Thanks so much for how you respectfully treated her.
