Big O Tires

Everything about my experience was superlative. From scheduling the appointment online to being immediately called to confirm the appointment and that the tires were in stock to having my expectations set and met about the timeline to install four new tires and the schedule to maintain them. Very satisfied! Likely to recommend.

The drop off process was easy. They understood what it was that I needed. They called me right when my car was done and I was quickly helped when I got there. They were super friendly. My car is great.

On today's episode of "Why Cheryl Likes Big O Tires"... What brought me in this time was new tires on both of my vehicles. I searched several different places in town; Costco, Wal*Mart, Nissan for a better price. New tires on two vehicles at the same time is costly so I wanted the best deal. By comparison, there was no better deal than Big O. The President's Sale was happening and everything fell into place for us. Not only was it the cheaper option, but the service is impeccable. Dave is our car guy that I've been going to for years. He is kind, trustworthy and caring. He looks out for us and has for as long as I can remember. Anytime I need a shuttle there is one available with little to no wait time and this last employee was very personable. Sorry, I didn't catch his name. For some reason the "deal seaker" in me always shops around but I always seem to come back to this specific location. All of the employees are nice and helpful. Thank you for Jay for providing Redding with a great company for us to bring our vehicles to. Keep up the great work!

Great service. Highly responsive to an unexpected screw that was discovered in my tire. Minutes before closing they took me in and repaired my tire quickly. Allowing me to get to work without delay the following morning. If not for the help, I was likely to need AAA the following morning to pump air in my tire so that I could get the Big O to repair. This wasn’t necessary since they were able to accommodate me at a moments notice right before closing.

I think that Big O has some of the best tire products and good policies for damaged tires. We always get great service at the Redding store. Michael always helps us and is very knowledgeable. Wasn't asked about applying for a credit card because we already have one.
