In Nov 2019 we had shocks, struts,& alignment redone on our 2002 Toyota Corolla. The car also needed a new tire.In mid Feb 2020, Rande noticed severe shaking in the left front of the car. Ken noticed a loose strut in that area & retightened it. There was no charge. Thanks for standing behind your work, Jay.

I had recently purchased this vehicle. I needed a flat repair however the tires were not purchased at Big O. They repaired the flat and rotated the tires at no charge, because I was a previous customer. It made me feel like a valued customer.

I have used this Big o in Redding for the last seven or so years. I keep returning because the quality of service and one of the employees named Dusty always steers me the right direction for my truck tires and tires for my daughter's car. We have never had a problem even with road hazard warranty repair work or tire replacement. He always lets me know if they find something wrong with any other suspension problems on a vehicle and so forth
