My car was shaking when I braked turned out I needed all new brakes. Got in without a problem service was great and my car works great now.

Michael saved the day. I went in for a routine oil change at my dealership only to find out I needed an alignment and two new tires. I ended up at BigO Tires and they price matched my dealership quote. He was very chatty and took the time to go over my alignment results. Very good experience.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Big O. Jay took my car in the same day I called, because 2 dash lights were on. Jay called to tell me some of the problems and wanted to look some more. After going back over my car he located more problems. He called me again to explain the issues. My car was repaired and ready the same day. I left the car there overnight and when I came the next day, a young man, Conner, invoiced me. He was super nice and knowledgeable . They have a great team there. Big O on Cypress is my go to store. Forever.

I had tires scheduled to put on at a local dealership with a buy 3, 1 free deal.Thought it was a good deal but decided to call Big O and check on their prices for the Big O legacy tires.To my amazement, it was only $40 more then the out the door price the local dealership quoted.The 6 year warranty was a major point for me, so I had Chris schedule me a appointment for the next morning.Dropped the car off at 8am, and it was ready by 945am.Great service, great staff, and most importantly great tires. Thanks Big O.

I have always gone to Les Schwab for their customer service. I am single and need the extra help with tire maintenance (flats, rotation, etc.) But, I haven't been too happy with them lately so a co-worker suggested Big O. The price was $100.00 per tire less and the customer service was superb!!!! I will continue to go to Big O from now on..

Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what tires I should get for my SUV and did not try to con me into buying something I did not want and stayed in my price range. The men at the service counter were very friendly and fast

I like how they greeted me when I first walked in the door and gave me a time when I'd be served. The personnel were professional, very knowledgeable as they worked with me updating me step-by-step along way. These guys were honest and straight with me. No bull here.
