Big O Tires

I came to have a nail removed from a tire. The guy at the front desk suggested I have my tires rotated, too, so I did. I asked, "How long would it be, 45-60 minutes?" The front desk attendant said, "Somewhere in that range". 31 minutes later I was back on the road and without charge. Awesome service!!!

I've been using the same Big-O for about 4-5 years and they have always been great. Giving me discounts, remembering me by name. They have even given me free balance and rotations on tires that I didn't purchase from them when I received other service for them like oil changes and such. Will continue to use Big-O as long as they continue with the awesome service they provide.

Jay the owner was great in dealing with a warranty issue on a new strut installed on our 2005 Ford Focus. The L F strut top nut was not maintaining its torque value and was making a horrible metal to metal noise. Ken the senior mechanis test drove the car and within two minutes accurately diagnosed the problem. Ken and Jay collaboratively ordered a new strut to replace the defective unit. The new strut was installed the next day and they did a front wheel alignment ALL AT NO CHARGE TO ME. I have been a customer of Jay’s for over 20 years and appreciate their great service!

They always do an excellent job and are very affordable.

My water pump broke. I drove in and they took my car straight into the bay. Within an hour they told me what my problem is and what it was going to cost. I approved it and picked my car up the next day. Fantastic service.

The service was very good and very helpful with the purchase of tires.

Everything went well and everyone was very courteous. When I initially called for the tires, Conor was helpful and got the tires ordered quickly, set the appointment up right away even though the tires had to be ordered. Upon arrival staff got me checked in and kept me informed. I only had 300 miles on the tires that were coming off and they helped me load them in my Jeep as I had them sold already.

I stopped by the shop on a Friday late afternoon, had some questions regarding tire rotation and a noise I was hearing in the front left wheel. So they made appointment for me for the following day, tire rotation done they took some time to inspected the front end, and test drove. Then they called me to say 'no noise everything looked great' Boy was I happy. Thank you again.
