Big O Tires

This by far is the best tire and wheel shop in town. Not only do they offer a lot of services but management has done a great job instilling excellent customer service skills with the employees. Highly recommend this Big O store.

I walked in without an appointment for two new tires and an alignment. They started in my car minutes after I got there. They were fast and very helpful.

This was an emergency tow into the store. I left it there at 9pm. They were on it the next morning, and were already working on it before I even called! Jay and his crew are always fantastic!

Overall the price point for product and service was spot on in my opinion,I'm retired and have to watch cost on all major repairs and maintenance. Had big o when I owned a business so when I retired and moved and they were in my town I returned as a new customer and it was like I never left even in new town. Great staff great product great price. Keep up the good work.

I brought in my RV that had a leaking tire on the trailer on the 24th of December, and they got right on the fix and had me out of their shop in minimum time. I do all of my tire business there and will continue to, and with 2 cars, 3 pickups, and 2 RV's it means that I have a lot of tires on the ground.

The staff is friendly and on top of checking people in. The price was great, I didn't have to pay for my tire to be repaired.
