The entire team here is amazing! From Michael in the front office to the hard working shop staff, these guys are a pleasure to watch! Kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and all around good folks! We have homes in several towns and in each one we shop at Big O. The Redding shop is by far the best!! Next Saturday I'm getting up early and bringing in donuts for there crew!

I got a flat tire the night before, and I was in a time crunch to get to Sacramento by 10am and they didn't open until 8... Well they opened the door early and got me a new tire and battery in less than 15 minutes!!! AND I made it to where I needed to be just in time! Highly recommend!

GREAT SEVICE AND VERY FAIR ON PRICING

This was an emergency tow into the store. I left it there at 9pm. They were on it the next morning, and were already working on it before I even called! Jay and his crew are always fantastic!

Overall the price point for product and service was spot on in my opinion,I'm retired and have to watch cost on all major repairs and maintenance. Had big o when I owned a business so when I retired and moved and they were in my town I returned as a new customer and it was like I never left even in new town. Great staff great product great price. Keep up the good work.

These guys are the best at what they do. Honest work and fair prices. Very friendly service and I have never see employees standing around, they are all back there working hard which is a rare find now days. Good stuff Big O Tires keep it going :)
