Big O Tires

The guys here are great! I always feel like I am being treated respectfully and fairly! I think it is worth noting that I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for regular maintenance and service in addition to tires and brakes for the past 5 years, and there is very little turnover with the employees. It must be a very good place to work in addition to being a great business in the community. I have always been very happy with them!

I showed up at Big O 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close early for Christmas Eve. But, they quickly rotated my tires and fixed the leak in one of them despite the time. Greatly appreciated service!

We came directly from the shop of a competitor for an alignment. The competitor was inferior in every way - not as nice, more expensive, and less accommodating. We appreciated that we weren't pressured into service, the alignment check was free and without commitment to having it aligned. We also appreciated that the alignment warranty lasted for so long - 6 months in comparison with thirty days. I also had a picture of a coupon instead of the physical coupon (forgot it at home) and they still applied the coupon. This was definitely the right choice and I'm glad we didn't settle for our first stop at the competition's.

John is always there for me with any problem I come up with. I feel as if his service is personal and it makes me feel special. A nice feeling to have when dealing with no so nice issues with your car....
