Great store: I've been going to this Big O Tires location for several years for oil change and tire rotation. I love that I can get those things done at the same time. But what's even more important to me is that the technicians are always so nice, helpful, honest and I trust them completely.

Pricing and quality

Michael was very professional and helped me order a new tire for my car. The shuttle to work was very nice, and my car was ready in 2 hours. I will definitely use Big O Tires again!

We came directly from the shop of a competitor for an alignment. The competitor was inferior in every way - not as nice, more expensive, and less accommodating. We appreciated that we weren't pressured into service, the alignment check was free and without commitment to having it aligned. We also appreciated that the alignment warranty lasted for so long - 6 months in comparison with thirty days. I also had a picture of a coupon instead of the physical coupon (forgot it at home) and they still applied the coupon. This was definitely the right choice and I'm glad we didn't settle for our first stop at the competition's.

Appreciate being called by name when entering the store. I've shopped for tires here for many years and have never been disappointed by the service.
