Although it took nearly a week to get the tires in the staff contacted me immediately and coordinated an instal ASAP.

Great customer service. Allowed me to briefly store my three season wheels and tires after Big O installed my winter wheels and tires. All of the employees at Big O Redding have always been great to work with.

Good overall terribly expensive, took over an hour to tell me my brakes were fine then another hour to install tires.
