Big O Tires

I've been using the Redding, CA Big O for my tires, rotations and oil changes for the last several years. This store is managed so well! They provide consistently great customer service. I and have found them to be honest and they always work with me to use discounts, coupons, etc so I get the best deal I can.

I needed a leaking tire inspected and repaired. Without making an appointment I stopped in and was told they could service the car in under 30 minutes. When I returned the tire had been repaired. I was quickly handed my keys and told “no charge.“ !! Thank you for the quick, professional, and friendly service!

I have been to your store twice now and both times I experienced excellent service. I have found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable they provided a very professional service. Service, integrity

Personal Service: The alignment rack liftmotor died while my Corolla was on it.Rather than inconvenience me to come back after the motor was repaired, Michael called a tow truck with a tilt bed to take it off.I appreciated that.It was an extra expense for Big O, but they do care about their customers and want their repeat business.

They made me feel like part of the team

Have brought our vehicles here for years now and can always count on great service. Even when my young daughter comes in with one of our vehicles they've taken the time to explain things to her. Without being smart, or condescending. Kind helpful people. I trust their work and appreciate them.

I've used Big O Tires since 2009 and have nothing but raves for their quality of work and service.

Ive always had great service ant this location. I never get upsaled on stuff that I do not need done at all. I usually do not have to wait too long. Only thing I dont like is the smell of new rubber tires as I wait. It does not smell good at all.
