They fixed the issue with my tire very fast. I've been doing business with this store for years and never had any issues. Good people.

The staff pulled my vehicle in right on time and even found a nail in one of my tires and repaired same , I was in and out of there in less than an hour and that was with the tire rotation and oil change. The entire staff that I had contact with were very friendly.

Stopped in on a Saturday to get a tire rotation before abig car trip.They also checked the alignment and reported that the alignment was fine.Staff was polite and efficient as always. I appreciated their clean comfortable waiting area and free WI-FI.

Many years ago i bought 4 tires for my little geo, (size-12 ,s) -From Big O Tires; My car sat in a lot for almost 2 years pending replacement of the engine an, all related parts, as i started to drive from red bluff to redding via I-5, I had a front blow out (it,s front wheel drive) pieces(chuncks!) kept flying off,(the tread was still thick, but heat an age cracked) as I limped on the side of the freeway, then the second went, again chunks flying off, In the heat of summer, after looking at them both, STILL THEY HELD AIR!, So, I kept going, all the way into Big O Tires on cypress, I can,t say enough, about, the quality,(Bridgestone) of their tires, an how good they,ve been, to me, they,were HONEST!, never pushy, or tried to sell me, what I Did Not Need, an offered, free safety inspections , Or let me know what I should address, soon. SO I,m back, an buying 4 new tires from Big O, Again!!(and I,m glad they can still find my size tires, for a good price, an are STILL HONEST!! Sincerly, Greatful, (to not be takin advantage of!!) One, satisfied, local, (an future) patron

These guys are great! They do a fantastic job maintaining my vehicle with tires, brakes, lights, oil changes, etc.. and their customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend them!

I needed 2 new tires for my brother's classic boat trailer. The original tires, (from the mid sixties) had deteriorated from age and long disuse. They are no longer produced, so the personnel at Big O Tires found replacements that are superior tires and they provided excellent, knowledgeable, service. They always exceed expectations.
