Big O Tires

I was in Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked them to check a couple other things on my vehicle they didn't even hesitate, even knowing it would make my appointment take longer. And when the services were complete, they assured me things were good and didn't try to get me to fix things that could wait a bit. Knowing I will need tires soon I was relieved that those other items could wait until after the tires.I trust all the staff at Big O in Redding.It's obvious car "stuff" is not my thingn so it's much appreciated to have a place to take my car and not get swindled.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was informed of what I was purchasing. They put my tires on and did a wheel alignment in a very timely manner. I was impressed by the service and time it took for my service to be completed.

Bring on the snow!: Knowing the hellacious snow over Donner Pass, I convinced my wife to get real snow tires on her Subaru.Jay & Company, as usual, found snow tires (a brand I've used and trusted before), procured them, and got her car in & out in less than a week.They honor veterans with a good discount & are always cordial.Why buy tires anywhere else?

Big O is the only place that comes near my tires. I buy them here and they service them. The big thing is I TRUST them.

When I called, I spoke with Dusty. He was very friendly and clear over the phone. Answered all my questions honestly. When I arrived at the store, he was at the counter and remembered our phone conversation. Again, he was friendly and concise. The other staff that was at the counter were friendly as well. Smiles and conversation is very much appreciated to us, the customer.

As loyal Big O customers we have shopped around the country at Big O stores as needed. The staff here both in the office and in the tire shop exceed all others we have experienced.They are knowledgeable and efficient in the office and search for the best deal for the customer. In the shop these boys hustle and give 110%! the two experiences we have had were both on busy days and the staff rose to the occasion to provide exceptional customer service. The standouts were Michael and Preston in the off ice and Jeff in the shop! Way to go team, with this team at the helm there is no need to shop elsewhere!
