Big O Tires

Big o Tires has always been clean, courteous, and fair Michael has been a good representative in the Redding, Ca. store

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was informed of what I was purchasing. They put my tires on and did a wheel alignment in a very timely manner. I was impressed by the service and time it took for my service to be completed.

I live in an area that has substantial Snow fall each year, I purchased Snow tires from Big O. Each winter I travel back to the store and leave my car. WQhen I return the Snow tires are installed. Each time I return I have the same great service.

My only complaint is that I was led to believe that I could make an appointment for 10 AM to get new tires and new brakes. When I arrived at 10 AM expecting to get right in I found out that reality is when you show up you get put at the end of the line behind any and all people that arrived before you despite you having made an "appointment".

Mike is 5 stars as always. Great customer service and always goes the extra mile. I have had an issue with front end wobble and he was diligent to get it figured out. Really appriciate the extra effort. Its what keeps me coming back

When I called, I spoke with Dusty. He was very friendly and clear over the phone. Answered all my questions honestly. When I arrived at the store, he was at the counter and remembered our phone conversation. Again, he was friendly and concise. The other staff that was at the counter were friendly as well. Smiles and conversation is very much appreciated to us, the customer.

Everything was done on time and the tires feel great on the car

Our 2002 Toyota Corolla runs fine, but its engine has a clanking noise. Ken gave it a free test drive & thought it might have a sticking valve. Dave said an engine cleaner should be added to the old oil before it is changed. The car would idle for 10 minutes & then the dirty oil would be dumped. Lucas cleaning oil would then be added to the fresh oil. Sounds good to me.

Everyone seems to help each other out when one is busy. Everything is explained and they are reasonable with their time lines.

I took Uber to pick up my car and I recommended your service to my driver. Great work always! Thank you!

Once again Jay and John and the staff they have assembled are great - professional, courteous, very busy yet as prompt as they can be, and efficient in their work. This time my son visiting from LA had a flat that we brought in in the morning for fixing- expecting there to be a small cost and hoping to have it ready by late afternoon when we left town. They had it ready for us in about 2.5 hours which greatly aided our schedule (and helped him get back on the road) and at a very reasonable fee - no cost! Their continued professionalism and efficiency make them a pleasure to do business with and this is why I keep coming back to them year after year - and recommend them to family and friends!

Been going to this location for years. The staff remember us. Always nice and very professional. We could not imagine going somewhere else.
