Big O Tires

I came in for a tire pressure adjustment. One of my tires had a nail. I'm disabled, so getting around is hard for me. Dekota came to my rescue. He had me drive into a bay and repaired the flat on the spot. I never had to get out of the car. That was definitely a level of service that exceeded my expectations. My daughter, granddaughter, and I have all been treated well by Jay, the manager. I am pleased to say that Dekota has also provided quality care and assistance that went above and beyond the ordinary. I am most grateful.
