The appointment went at scheduled and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable.

Front rotors needed replaced. I was informed they could be machined one more time. Instead of selling me something I didn't need right away I was given options which I appreciated.

The service was great and the staff at the front desk was excellent.

I believe the name of the gentleman that took care of me was Dave. I went in there to get my tires rotated and was provided a shuttle to work. An hour later I got the call informing me that my vehicle service was done. No hassle no bs. This is why I go to big O.

The Redding Big O is always top notch. All the gentleman who work there are friendly, honest, and respectful. Being a single woman, I trust that they are not trying to rip me off and take advantage of my lack of knowledge with my vehicle.

GREAT service on EVERY visit. I've gone to my BIG O for years and haven't had a problem. Why look to go somewhere else where they are likely to tighten the oil drain plug or oil filter which has happened to me twice at those drive through places

Power steering fluid leak repaired in 2 days. The parts came from Sacramento.John was gone for part of the ending day. No one else was assigned to speak for John while he was gone. Therefore, there was a 2 hour delay for me to learn that my 1987 Toyota Camry was done.
