Big O Tires

As with EVERY time we have gone to Big O in Redding,CA, John and his crew were polite, efficient, and informative. Will definitely be a return customer!!

The appointment went at scheduled and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable.

Always received great service and last week I had a tire that was down to 13lbs. and no sign of a puncture. The tech found the bead with a small leak and fixed the problem. Been going to that store since it opened in Redding, CA over 20 years ago and never have I felt slighted in any way. They take great care of my family and friends.

Both John and Michael helped me out and were extremely friendly. They helped me get a new tire on my car after it blew up and serviced it quickly, I greatly appreciated these employees helping me get back on the road on a short notice.

GREAT service on EVERY visit. I've gone to my BIG O for years and haven't had a problem. Why look to go somewhere else where they are likely to tighten the oil drain plug or oil filter which has happened to me twice at those drive through places

I needed brakes on my kids car the day before he went off to college and they got it done fast! Their taxi service to get you to work is very convenient.
