Big O Tires

Went in for an alignment and I was very pleased with the time it took and the price. Very happy with my service. I usually buy my tires for all my cars at Big O. I like the price and selection. The employees seem up to speed on their service and products. I will continue giving Big O my business.

Great service and attitude

Dave did a great job in giving me the free alignment after my tire rotation.

I told the gentleman that I only had 1-1/2 hours till my next appointment so I needed to know what the results were before deciding on doing the service. They were very fast and was able to get me out with 1/2 hour to spare.

I wanted to thank the Big O team for getting my tires rotated and flat fix in a timely manner. I have been a customer of Big O for over 20 years now and appreciate the service!!

I came in with a flat tire. They fixed it and put the spare back where it belongs all for no charge. You can't do much better than that.

Unfortunately your website scheduling service is useless if you don't work with local store and communicate request...very poor management on your part.
