Big O Tires

I had checked two other dealers for tire and wheel combinations. Since my vehicle is a 2017 model I wasn't offered much assistance on what would fit. Michael, in sales at Big O Tires took the time to show me several catalogs, then he phoned the manufactures to find out if the selected items were compatible. Now that is the way to do business. The new tires and wheels look terrific.

Great service and attitude

I went and had my tires balanced & rotated. Everything was done in a prompt & professional manner.

I told the gentleman that I only had 1-1/2 hours till my next appointment so I needed to know what the results were before deciding on doing the service. They were very fast and was able to get me out with 1/2 hour to spare.

Always a happy customer. I highly recommend Big O Tires. It's best to make an appointment though.

Michael was incredibly helpful. I did not get the name of the mechanic but they saved my car from a very costly, potentially very dangerous problem. They solved my battery problem quickly and I am really happy with the service from everyone at this location
