Good service

I called the night before to see what was in stock and was given a quote. I got four new tires put on within about an hour the next morning. Jay was very helpful and friendly!

Had tires rotated on 2002 Toyt Corolla on 7-20. Had rough 350 mi round trip ton OR on 7-21. Brought Corolla back to Big O on 7-23 & had both front wheels balanced. Also, Front was realigned for $89.95. Corolla drives more smoothly now.

had an unusual situation with our BMW requiring a special tire needing to be shaved to match the other 3 because of the all wheel drive. They had to special order the tire and have it shaved. They kept us informed along the way from ordering the tire, ensuring our car would be kept indoors at night to the final shaved and mounted tire. guys are experts and communicate well. Thanks to all of you!

I had a minor accident while on vacation and was passing through Redding. My car was making a noise. They checked it out, straightened the exhaust pipe that stopped the noise, said the car was safe to drive. I was on my way in 45 minutes. They were extremely nice, helpful, honest and saved my vacation. Can't speak highly enough about them. The manager, the mechanic that he assigned us. All top notch. Next time I need tires or work done, I will go to a Big O Tire.
