Big O Tires

Big O promptly found matching tires for my vehicle. The Service Tech was honest about the standard retail price; it matched the price I paid a few months ago for front tires. After the new tires arrived, I was notified, and within 24 hours my car had new rear tires. Job done. Thank you!

Knowledge and professionalism of employees

Dropped by without an appt. because my low tire pressure sign lit up. Figured I just needed air with the cooling temps, however the tech discovered there was a nail in the center of one of my tires. They repaired it on the spot in less than 30 minutes. Great company, exemplary service!

I CALLED AND REQUESTED SAME DAY SERVICE FOR A SET OF BRAKES, AS I HAD TO TRAVEL TO THE BAY AREA THAT EVENING AND SAID I COULD LEAVE THE VEHICLE FOR THE DAY. THOUGH THEY WERE BUSY, YOUR ASSOCIATE SAID IF I COULD BRING IT RIGHT NOW, THEY COULD GET IT DONE. I BROUGHT THE TRUCK DOWN, AND WHEN I ARRIVED 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING, THEY WERE JUST PULLING IT OUT OF THE BAY. DURING PAYMENT, THE ASSOCIATE ALSO HANDED ME REBATE PAPERWORK, WHICH I WAS UNAWARE OF. SO THAT WAS A NICE SURPRISE. I APPRECIATE THEM SQUEEZING ME IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.

Still great 30 years later

I buy all my tires and do all my oil services at this big O. And prices are very fair I’ve even compared them to Costco.

I drove in without an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. Michael took great care of me. He made me feel as if I was the only one in the store. The service was incredibly fast and before I knew it I was leaving a very happy man. Michael is a wonderful "front man" for your store. But who makes him look good? The Service Department! The crew in the garage must have been well trained and team orientated to return my car to me so quickly. Congratulations to BigOTires for hiring the best. I will be back!
