Last week I brought my 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 truck in for a tire rotation, balance and front end alignment. They did a super job and had it done within the timeframe they quoted me.

Big O Tires service is truly peculiar because they are far above the competition. This is why. I took my car in for an oil change. After about 30 minutes, my car was not out. Then after forty minutes, I asked one of the service representative if everything was OK. He said he would be right back. When he came back, he told me that they found a missing wheel stud and that as soon as the part arrived they would fix it if I did not mind waiting. I was utterly overwhelmed with gratitude. Think of it! How many shops would act in this manner? That is why I sincerely believe Big O Tires is truly Head and Shoulders above the Competition. Their service representatives are superb. They will explain things to you in a simple and straightforward manner. In addition, their technicians will treat your car with utmost care. If you are like me, you work hard at your job. I've been bringing cars to Big O for over 10 years now for everything. They of course do great tire and brake work, but they're also great at engine diagnostics and repair. And they're fast too! All the guys are super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my vehicle in thinking I need a front break pad change cause that’s what I was told on my last visit but when I went in they called me and said they made a mistake and it was my rear breaks and rotates that needed to be replaced so I went ahead with it and the took 50 dollars of the job and I was highly satisfied overall!

Everything worked out well, fixed my tire quickly.

From setting the appt. To picking up my vehicle. It couldn't have gone any smoother. I dropped my vehicle for new tires, came back on my lunch break to pick it up, and dropped another vehicle in the process. I got both done in one day. My experience was amazing and the staff was amazing!
