Big O Tires

My son was home for thanksgiving break from college. He drove down from San Luis Obispo on two bad tires. Big O was able to get his car fixed in a timely manner. Now our son is safe and driving back. Thank you

I've been dealing with John for a few years now but he wasn't available, so Michael help instead and it was just as if I was dealing with John. Both are great and very friendly, professional, and service oriented. During the service the valve stem sensors for the front two tires were not able to be replaced and or fixed which is the reason my two tires were bad. It was explained that they were out of stock and I would be called once they were in to return to complete the service. So far I am happy with the new tires and alignment. It drives a lot better.

I was getting ready to drive out of state, and my tire kept losing air, I took it to Big O, and they found the problem quickly and fixed it. Thank you Big O, I made it to Washington with no problems.

I have been here a couple of times just to ask questions and every time I was very happy with the customer service. Conner has been attentive and kind. So this time I returned to actually get the service done. Jay helped me and was also very kind and helpful! They both were knowledgeable and asked for other colleagues for extra insight when needed. I really appreciate them and their smile. Will definitely recommend and be back!

I started shopping here in 1994 and I was very satisfied then. This visit was of the same quality. The tire specification that I wanted had to be ordered and arrived the next day and were able to set an install time. Excellent advice. The ride is fantastic.

Integrity is not based on what you say but what you do! I had my car serviced at Big O tires last week (December 31, 2015). Excellence is the business model of Big O Tires. They truly lookout for the best interest of their customers! This is not a slogan. You have to taste it for yourself. Please, prove me wrong!

Came in in the middle of my work day with a screw in my tire and needed it checked and repaired if needed so I could get back to work and they had me in and out fairly quick and didn't charge me for the check, really appreciated the speed and service

Jay not sure what his name was but the young man that worked on my truck did a great job, and was extremely careful working around my truck you have an awesome crew.

I came into get a break job done. I made an appointment. I am a single woman and I have not had any good experiences with mechanic shops, so I was a little bit on fearful side and battle ready. Michael could see that and did his best to be honest with me. He told me that I was going to need rotors and brakes for a total price of $600, which I did not have. I opted to have one rotor done and the brakes done which cut it down to $385 as I had a coupon from your website. Later, Michael came out again and explained to me that my back tire was bad, and he did not feel safe letting me drive on said tire. So, he gave me the tire at no charge and free labor. Later, he called me and told me that he also changed out all the lug nuts on all my tires. Apparently, it had locked lug nuts on it. I have no idea what he was talking about, but I trust him. I have never met Michael, and this is my first-time meeting somebody who was not only honest with me but also helped me in ways no other shop has. Although I hate the expensive prices, I LOVE MICHAEL AND I WILL BE BACK. He told me on the phone that when he bought a car for his wife, he made sure to change all the lug nuts on her car just in case s

I had taken my car to the dealership c/o a slow leak. They just added air. Brought my car to Big O, they found a nail in my tire, and fixed it up no problem.
