They are very friendly and helpful. This was the shortest wait I ever had to have my tires rotated. I wish I could make an appointment to have them rotated instead of first come first served.

I was told by another shop that I needed brakes. I took it here and they inspected and found that I did not in fact need brakes. The manager took me out to my car and showed me the pad thickness on each of my wheels, proving that I in fact did not need a brake job. The manager told me that HE would not have a brake job done if he owned my car. I appreciated the honesty of the workers. They gained my future business!

I appreciated the salesman's ability to find suitably priced tires to fit my budget, and the mechanics checking over the vehicle for safety issues (I didn't realize the problems with my brakes, but boy do they work well now!).

It was fantastic. I was traveling through the area and had a major blowout near Lake Shasta. The AAA tech who changed my tire recommended you folks and I am glad he did. John was absolutely fantastic. Professional and friendly. The facility is cleaner than a restaurant. I am in the process of moving from Southern California to the Oregon coast. I am spending a lot of money on the move. Although my tires were old I intended to buy two only for savings, but John offered such a great price I replaced all four. He also recommended a great place to eat nearby while the tires were being installed! In addition to John, everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I was back on the road quickly. My main regret is I don't live in the area, otherwise you would get all my business. Well done!

Great as usual. Great customer service by Michael and fast tire and alignment service!! We will continue to go back to big o tire for our tire needs.

I came in with a funny noise, a friend recommended a tire alignment as it pulled to the right and steering was "loose." I had uneven wear on the inside of front tires; so ordered 2 new tires. Associate came back & said the right rear tire was wearing unevenly too. At checkout the same associate from beginning to end, said I needed some front end work as bushings/ball bearings of cushion arm (I think - I didn't recheck my paperwork to ensure correctness of wording) were worn out & needed replacement. Each arm takes 2 hrs labor so the total price was over $1000. He advised me to get it done within the 6 mo alignment period to not have to pay for another. I appreciated his assistance, he was friendly, pleasant and understanding but I forgot his name...

Ease of scheduling service. Friendliness and expertise of the staff along with how quickly the work was done. I have been a customer for over 20 years with Big O and have NEVER, ever had any problems. They are proactive, honest and kind. That says it all!!
