Once again their service is unparalleled. I had a need and they took care of it. And at a reasonable price. It's hard to beat perfection, but they up their game every time I go in.

Michael is great he’s been there for years. Good communication and easy in and out service. I got a tire rotation and they also balance and check the brake pads and tire pressure. Everything was good and free since I purchased my tires there. This location is great.

For years now I have found the Redding Big O Tire personnel to be knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated to real customer service.

On the Saturday of Labor Day weekend.I need my tires balanced & rotated with an alignment thrown if for good measure.Took+/- 1.25 hrs with a full shop.Could not have asked for a better/ faster experience.Will continue to use Big-O for all my tire needs.

I love my local Big O tires I've been going there for approx 5yrs and they always take care of me. They get me in and out they take the time to explain it to me in a way that I don't feel like a stupid girl. They never take advantage of me and are very honest they will walk me out to my car and show me the parts that need to be fixed so I can see for myself. They always answer all my questions have the lowest prices and have continuously saved me from another place in town that tries to tell me I need service that I don't need. All the guys are great and this Mom appreciates it immensely.
