Great experience!

Work was completed fast and professionally.

Love going to big o, the guys are always friendly and helpful.

The tire I originally picked was not on site. However, the tech Mike S. found me a comparable tire that was cheaper with an included warrantee that was in stock.

I had an issue with the wiper blades and they were replaced quickly with the proper blade! It was such a relief because they were making a crazy loud noise.

Called and made the appt with Michael, was very nice and set tires aside for me for two days later. When I got to store was greeted immediately and all was explained. The place was very busy and however, i was satisfied with timely service. Save two tires and they wrapped them with plastic and placed them in the trunk.

Head and shoulders amongst the other tire dealerships. I will be a customer for life!!!

I have been a customer of Big O Redding, CA for 20+ years and I have never had a moment when they were not focused on fast, clean and prompt service.

I discovered a bolt in the left rear tire on my SUV. It was about 2pm and I took a chance They could fit me in. I waited as they took my car and repaired the puncture in about half an hour. There was no charge for the service. I was extremely pleased with their service and pleasantness.

Michael is great he’s been there for years. Good communication and easy in and out service. I got a tire rotation and they also balance and check the brake pads and tire pressure. Everything was good and free since I purchased my tires there. This location is great.
