The service at Big O Tires in Redding is absolutely the best.The people that work there are top notch professionals from sales to the guys in the shop.I would like to give Mr. John Dykes a special shout out for handling the issue with the tires that were on my truck.Thanks.

I had a low tire pressure message and I asked if they could also rotate my tires. I dropped my car off at 8 am and they called me to pick up at 9 am. I think it could have been even faster if I needed to wait for my car. No appointment necessary. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and courteous.
