I am new to the area and had a puncture in my tire. Micheal all the way through the experience treated me like a person and how you would want to be treated! I was blown away, Big O’s is where I will be going for all future needed services.

I was in for routine flat repairs. One on the front passenger of the dually truck. Another two flat repairs on the rear axle of dump trailer. The truck doesn't fit well in lane two. Driver had a spotter and spotter failed to instruct driver of clearance in spare tire. Spare was punctured. The choice was made to replace the spare tire with a new one. I know it cost you money to do this. But it was a choice that keeps me coming back for a long time. I also tell people of the excellent experiences I have at your shop. Thanks.
