Big O Tire in Redding is our go to place for tires. The customer service exceeds expectations. They take time to listen and want to accommodate the customers in any way possible.

I came in a few days before to make sure they would have the specific tire I wanted. I then ordered them and made an appointment for after the tires would be in stock. I arrived was met early by Jay and left the vehicle for the service. I went across the street for a great breakfast and came back and only waited for about an hour for the completion of the service. Big O tires and Jay's staff very good job.
