Love this place! Quick, friendly, and caring.

The prices were favorably comparable. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The appointment time was kept by Big O and completed in a timely manner.

The service person explained that one of my BigO tires could not be replaced under warranty because the inner tread wear was not a fault of the tire, but of poor alignment. Nevertheless, all the tires were thoroughly checked, and I was told I would need a new wheel (to be installed at a later date). Thank you for your service!

I was early for my 9 AM appointment, but they took me right in and did the work. I was in and out in record breaking time. Being (kind of old) and a widow I have to depend and trust that you will Do what you promise to do to keep me up and running. So far you have met all my expectations. I have always had great service anytime I have gone in. I went in for a quote and I left with new tires. They had the tires there I didn't have to wait for them to be ordered and they had time to do the job didn't have to wait to be put on the schedule. Thanks Jay!

I have used them for years for several reasons. First, the customer service has always been outstanding. Secondly, I have purchased many things from tires to mechanical work, and have always been satisfied with the product. I recently had a water pump on my 2011 Ford Explorer to go out. I pulled into the Big O location with my car overheating and on its last leg. Even though they were swamped, they worked me into their busy schedule and had me out the next day. As this is my only vehicle they gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day when it was ready. I no longer have to shop price because they have consistently been competitive. It is a comfort to have an automotive place that you can trust. And I do... trust them!
