Big o tires always good and fast

I've purchased tires from Big O at this location before. I researched tires specific to my vehicle and driving needs on line before selecting the brand and model that was best for me. I then went to the Big O website, ascertained that they had what I needed and made an appointment online. I arrived about 30 minutes early, but they took me right in. The installation and alignment went without any problems. This was an overall excellent shopping experience.

The service at the store is excellent, but the email service is less than to be desired the email service is very poor, I had to do my rotation myself! The store should take back over the mailing of rotation reminders because they did a much better job at it!

I have been a customer over 30 years and have always been treated with respect and never pressured to purchase anything. I also feel I get a good value for my money.

Even though I didn't spend a dime as work done was for road hazard warranty plus tire rotation, I was treated with respect and professionalism

The service & staff were excellent at Redding's Big O. Once I entered the building, I was lead to the best tires for my car & they were installed-including an alignment, expeditiously.

Work is done in a timely manner. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable
