Dusty always gives me a no BS attitude, which I really appreciate. I know if he tells me something needs to be fixed, it really does; nobody there is trying to nickle and dime you which I always appreciate. I got tire quotes around town and Big O was still the best deal. Love knowing my go to is still the best around

Michael was top-notch. I had a vanilla pre-paid gift card that did not work. He went to his office and did everything he could, including calling the card. I paid with a different card and left. I got a replacement card and brought it back to the store. Michael was able to charge the new gift card and refund my credit card. He was so polite and nice when I was stressed out about my original gift card not working, he truly made a difference in my day! Thank you! You had my tires in stock too!
