I think that Big O has some of the best tire products and good policies for damaged tires. We always get great service at the Redding store. Michael always helps us and is very knowledgeable. Wasn't asked about applying for a credit card because we already have one.

Me and my family do a lot of business with Big o Tires. We always have quality service and great communication! They are always willing to help! We won't ever go anywhere else , couldn't recommend them enough!! love the guys there!! Awesome awesome awesome!!!!

Only thing is you should have appointments for tire rotation. It took about 11/2 hours on a first come basis. If I had an appointment it hopefully wouldn't have taken that long.

Best tire place I've used in California. Mike especially was great. I send friends their way, I solidly believe they are the best in northern California.

I came in with my rig and I did not have a appointment and my vehicle was not able to drive anymore. I was able to walk in and get my car in for repairs. I didn't have to wait and the employee that helped me was absolutely amazing! My car was ready by the next morning and I was really impressed. Prices for my repair was kinda high but the service made up for it! I will come back again!

I always get the warmest greeting from Mike. He's the best! He's been so great to me & I come back just because of that.
