Big O Tires

I will always choose Big O because the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. This trip to Big O was a bit unique in that my door was slightly damaged during my service. Michael was on it immediately though. He walked me back to my car and showed me exactly what happened. He informed me he would be speaking with Jay first thing in the morning to get the repair process started. Although frustrating to walk away from a simple oil change with damage to my car, I left feeling reassured and no less motivated to return to Big O because of how the situation was handled. Thank you Big O!

The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel like I am getting an honest quote when I work with the staff here. The in and out process was amazingly efficient.

I am almost in tears because Big O Tires didn't try to take advantage of me. I just needed a screw taken out of my tire and it patched. I was sure they would tell me I need a new tire because I am a WOMAN. They DID NOT. And charged me $15. I will tell other women that Big O Tires in Redding does not charge the pink tax.

Showed up at big O after having my tire punctured early in the morning. I was in my pajamas and totally unprepared for this event. Jay Edwards was more than kind and they fixed my tire and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes! I have been a big O customer for more than 25 years and I plan to for another 25! Thank you!!

My Jeep broke down and I called Big O the next day. After talking to Morris(Think that was his name) he assured me that they could fix it. I had my Jeep towed to their location. Within an hour I received a phone call saying it would be ready by end of day. What's awesome about that is I wasn't able to get it there until just afternoon!I was so pleased. Had I taken it to the local dealership, they would have had my car for at least a 4 days. So yeah, I am pleased as peaches! Thank you, Big O!

Redding Big-O is the best Tire place around. The only reason I'm able to say this is because out of 25 plus years I have never had bad service.

These guys are great. Won't take my drag tires anywhere else to get mounted and balanced.

Everything about my experience was superlative. From scheduling the appointment online to being immediately called to confirm the appointment and that the tires were in stock to having my expectations set and met about the timeline to install four new tires and the schedule to maintain them. Very satisfied! Likely to recommend.

They go the extra mile to meet your time crunch and help get you on the road

On today's episode of "Why Cheryl Likes Big O Tires"... What brought me in this time was new tires on both of my vehicles. I searched several different places in town; Costco, Wal*Mart, Nissan for a better price. New tires on two vehicles at the same time is costly so I wanted the best deal. By comparison, there was no better deal than Big O. The President's Sale was happening and everything fell into place for us. Not only was it the cheaper option, but the service is impeccable. Dave is our car guy that I've been going to for years. He is kind, trustworthy and caring. He looks out for us and has for as long as I can remember. Anytime I need a shuttle there is one available with little to no wait time and this last employee was very personable. Sorry, I didn't catch his name. For some reason the "deal seaker" in me always shops around but I always seem to come back to this specific location. All of the employees are nice and helpful. Thank you for Jay for providing Redding with a great company for us to bring our vehicles to. Keep up the great work!

All of the employees at big O are extremely friendly, go out of their way to become a dating and each experience has been a pleasure
