I was happy you were there to give me the tire service. You removed a nail and I was able to get back to what I wanted to be doing in a timely manner.

I stopped in to make an appointment and explained the problem I was having. Taylor explained to me what they will check . I felt good about that. I will be bringing in my 2013 Toyota Highlander for oil changes @nd anything else that may occur. I felt very good about the whole matter. Thank You Big O.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and even though the shop was busy, they took the time to get my vehicle in for the oil change and tire rotation. The service people were great and the wait time was actually quicker than I expected. I am a customer for life.

Came in the morning to double check that my online noon appointment went through (which it didnt) and they were able to take my van in right away. Bathroom is super clean which is nice when you have little ones. They seem like honest hard working guys and I will for sure be back and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you!

I have been trading with BIG O for over 30 years and I always have had the best service from them, better than anywhere else in Woodland. Best place to take your car or truck. I stopped in just to get new wiper blades, they were swamped with cars backed up even in the driveway to the street for cars to be worked on, Well I thought no way was I going to get my wipers today, Thought I would have to come back but I didn't, got my wipers put on in 10 min or less. and I was on my way. You can't go wrong shopping at BIG O TIRE. The People you can trust.

The customer service is all high. Very friendly employees and reasonable prices. It was a bit cold in the store but, hey it's winter. Will come back.

Taylor is by far the most honest tire guy I have ever worked with, and Josh works equally as well to make sure clients aren't getting over charged for additional unnecessary additions. Josh and team found a defective brake in my car and showed me what was going on with the factory installed components. Fully aware of what was going on I quickly agreed to add the brake work the following day.
