High Quality Friendly Service. The price sounded right for all the work that was done. I have been dealing with Big O tires past and present managers (Mark, Paul, Josh, Taylor and also Jenna) for over thirty years - I keep coming back buying tires and service because of the great service I have received and they backup the warranties when that subject comes up.

I had a tire pressure light come on while driving again, so brought it in to BigO without an appointment. They were busy but said they would get to it, which was great. In the end, the TPM sensors had low batteries and my tires needed replacing (which was no surprise) and my struts went bad too (the only surprise). They were able to replace everything faster than predicted and at a lower cost than they initially estimated. Great folks, very friendly, part of the family.

I drive a half hour to get to this particular store. The people are so friendly. He knew my name without me telling him. I like that

I'm taking a road trip, and when I explained I wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any problems, they went above and beyond checking every aspect of my vehicle. Tires, Oil, fluid levels, brake flush. Very satisfied.

I was there this week to get a non stock tire for my Ford Raptor. Taylor jumped on the phone and had one on order within 5 min. They also price matched from and add I found on Amazon. Few hours later Taylor called me to let me know my tire was at the store. Drove on down and soon I was on my way. I also bought the lifetime alignment which for me, a guy who takes his Raptor to the desert several times a year is well worth the price. I have used it 3 times this year.

The staff and service is always "Top-Notch". They treat us like family.

Please stop sending oil change offers for electric cars. :)

This location has the best customer service! Before moving back to Woodland, I used to drive from the Bay Area to the Woodland location for service unless it wasn't safe to do so because I've had bad experiences at other locations including extremely excessive charges, telling me service was needed that was not actually needed, not pro-rating warranty covered tires, etc. The Woodland location has never tried to deceptively charge me.

It's nice to find a shop that you can trust. They will only do the work you need,and don't try to nickel and dime you.
