My tire low pressure gauge was on so I stopped by to see if Big O had time to check my tires for me. Josh immediately took my keys and checked out my tires. He explained why my tires were low. He put on new wiper blades. And he asked me "Would you like a battery for your key fob?' For the past two years I thought the fob was broken because I washed in my jeans so I have been using the manual key in the door to open it. I now have electronic access to my vehicle! God bless you, Josh.

Ordered my tires and they came in earlier than I expected. Jenna was able to get me in without an appointment. Which is great. Because I work 6 days a week and it's hard to make appointments. Was able to get my tires and alignment done all at 1 time.

150,000 miles and it now drives like new. Good job. It did take most of two days when initial estimate was one; would have been nice to been told that when you realized it.

Manager Jena went far beyond anything I would expect to get the exact tires I wanted, even though she did not have them. These Michelin tires are on national back order, and thus very had to find. She did within 48 hours. Pretty spectacular. The pricing was competitive.
