Big O Tires

Horrible! They put tires on my car without my consent when a family member borrowed my car. Put cheap tires on my car when I had Michelin tires that were only 2 years old and hardly any miles!! Not happy!!

Very proactive and trustworthy management and staff at this location. Always do a great job explaining everything. They are fair and do not push services and purchases you don't need.

I have been a service manager for 15 years, I brought my vehicle in for a full synthetic oil change and also asked them to check the cooling system. I was there at 7:30 am when you opened. The Asst. Manager asked me when I needed it and I told him I worked until 3pm. They got the vehicle in at 1pm. Did the oil change at $98 (very High) and then told me they do not have time to pressurize the system. I should have been told that upfront. I would have brought it back another day. I told the Asst. service manager that communication is the issue with many service departments and he just shrugged his shoulders. No apology or anything., The coolant was low and they did not even top off. They supposedly checked the alignment as I have a lifetime alignment package and bought these tires from Big O. No record of alignment with my paperwork. Needless to say I will never bring back. I lived in the Bay ARea and always used Pinole Ca. location which they take care of me. Had a bad experience last time, was promised it would be better. Came in for oil change and tire rotation and got the first appointment of the morning as instructed before to avoid any issues with greasy tired employees which is what was blamed for the poor experience I had before. Service guy was already covered in grease. After going through my car and pulling everything out of my center console, opening and closing all the doors and trunk multiple times, repeatedly lifting the internal trunk cover that covers my spare tire, with my items on it and permanently bending it, he came over to let me know he couldn't find the key to get my lug nuts off. Since you guys were the last to rotate my tires, I can only assume it was stolen, lost, or not put back in my car by you. Now I'll have to purchase a replacement. I walked up to my car and the greasy guy is bent over my light colored seats digging through my center console, all of my belongings just tossed about inside the cabin. When I asked him to move I see he was laying on top of his dirty gloves that he had taken off and laid directly on my seats. I was irate and took my car and left without getting any service. My experience with your business shows that you and your employees don't have common sense or any respect for customers property. This is my third time using your for service and the third time my vehicle has left with more damage than it came with. Just very unprofessional and I won't be coming back.

The tires on my car were purchased at Big O a few years ago, I have not put a lot of mileage on them. When I bring in the car for service , they are being checked and rotated. I am very satisfied with that service.

Very Friendly and thorough. Offered pick up from home etc, which I didn't need.

They always have Friendly staff at this Woodland CA location. They never refuse service with or without appointments. They try to get the job done as fast as they can.

I called to see if tires were available for my car and they told me to bring it in. I brought it in and they started working on it right away. Just great customer service.

Had a suspension bolt fall out of the frame and the guys at the woodland shop sorted it out, no charge. Great support and friendly!
