Big O Tires

Josh was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. He provided top notch customer service. I was very relieved that Big O offered a credit card service which I applied for and didn't have to pay anything at the time of visit. On the other hand, the price per tire seemed fair BUT there were a lot of fees added which made it expensive and it took a few hours for them to finish the car. Other than that, I had a good experience with my first visit to Big O Tires.

Went in for a simple oil change. Once they got my car on the lift, they noticed both my back tires were showing wire. They called me immediately and gave me a great deal on two brand new tires. They knew I didnt go into that day planning on spending that much but they still wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Most places wouldn't have gone that far for their customers. I appreciate that greatly.

We absolutely love the staff and service that our local Big O Tires provides. They always treat us as if we are their only customer while we are there! I have always been able to receive service when I need it. Being able to drop off and pick up as well as getting a ride if needed is invaluable. I have had other work done on my vehicle other than just tire related and have always been impressed with the speed in which the work is performed and the fair pricing. I will continue taking all of my vehicles to Big O as long as they remain in business!

Taylor Crabbe met me as I pulled in to the parking lot for my scheduled appt. and already knew what I wanted done and explained the entire process to me in detail. He was very welcoming and instilled a definite feeling of confidence in his ability to get everything done. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here in the future.

Appointment was made for Hankook tires. No such tires were available, only their Brand of tires. Asked them to check the TPM on the right front tire where over time a slow was detected no such inspection was recorded on the final invoice. Not a very good experience

JOSH AND HIS TEAM AT BIG O TIRES IS THE BEST AROUND. I WOULD NOT TAKE ANY OF MY CARS ANY WERE ELSE.

I received a written estimate elsewhere for a rear axle brake job for around $200. Later, I spoke to a buddy of mine who said BIG O are better for fixing brakes because they send their tech for training in brakes, etc. So I called BIG O in Woodland and was told over the phone a brake job MAX will cost between 200 to 250 and that includes cutting/polishing the rotor if necessary. While at the store, once the car was awaiting service, I was told it would be $350 (by Taylor) because the rotors needed to be replaced. Which I had no choice but to agree. If not the dubious claim involving the rotors, I would have given the place 5 stars.

Ive been going to this shop in Woodland for years. Taylor and every staff member who works there are a credit to the industry...sincerely. I used to live in Woodland but recently move about 20 miles away and I STILL go there. Thats how great the service is. Friendly, professional, reliable.

I brought my car in for tire rotating and balancing, both free with the purchase of tires from Big O. They were very nice and completed the service in just over an hour. The next day I noticed my car was vibrating and pulling to the right when I was driving on the highway, very scary, so I brought my vehicle back in. Apparently when they rotated my tires they did NOT balance them. Why they didn't do this the first time, I have no idea, because I thought the two services went hand in hand. It sucked to have to visit the store 2 times in a week, and spend over 3.5 hours there, but at least the staff is very friendly and they fixed the problem. Long story short- double check that the tires are balanced when you get them rotated!

As always, Taylor knew who I was was as I walked in. I told him I had a nail in my tire and that I could leave it with him for the day, it was done by noon. Always great service from the Boi O team

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I think that part was fine. The issue I have is that the interior of my car is light colored and when I got the car back there were greasy smudges on the interior door post, grease on my steering wheel, grease on the interior door, on the radio buttons etc. They put a floor mat down, but it must've slid around because there's grease on my floor mat. When I brought it up inside, a nice guy wiped down the inside of the the car, but told me in the future my only option is to stand by my car and watch the guy changing the oil and remind him to wash his hands. That just seems ridiculous to me. I think it would be standard practice to keep oil out of the interior, maybe wear gloves or change your shirt if you've been laying in oil. Most of the grease came off, but I still have the feeling that my vehicle and I weren't respected. To know that the person who worked on it didn't care enough to take their time to properly protect or care for the interior, how am I to assume that the parts that I can't see, that he was supposed to work on, were tended to appropriately?

Very friendly and to the point about critical work needed versus providing info on what future repair or maintenance was needed.

Granted they were very busy, I watched the gentleman place my key on the front counter and then waited 20 minutes as no one noticed the key until I brought it to their attention. Also, this is a newly purchased used car that just passed an extensive inspection...I find it hard to believe that I need to pay $1500 for new struts (something they happen to be advertising this month).
