Had a coupon for a $30 oil change and filter with tire rotation. After all said at done with the synthetic oil, disposal, etc, it cost closer to $70. Still a little cheaper than the dealership. Service was solid as usual and out in an hour. I did make an appointment online.

I took my car in to get an oil change/tire rotation, to have my car looked at for a couple of odd sounds it was making (couldn't be duplicated at the shop), and to have my car checked out because the check engine light was on. At the end of my visit, Josh told me what all needed to be done on my car still. He told me that the check engine light was on, and needed checked out. I was on a tight schedule, so I didn't have time to point out that one of the reasons I brought my car in was because the check engine light was on. I'll be back at some point to have my car checked out, but I just wanted to let you know that somehow it was missed that I knew my check engine light was on and I wanted it looked at that day. Thanks!

had a screw in the tire, slow leak. Came it at ~4pm and though busy, they got me in and out in ~40 minutes. GREAT service.

Great and accommodating as always. Would improve service if a protective floor mat was used to protect the interior carpet from work area grease targeted by mechanic.

Josh Day was great. I really appreciated his great customer service and explained the maintenance needs of my vehicle.

I believe I received good tires at a good price. The only problem was I had to return to get the alignment corrected but I will return again.

The best thing I can say about Big O in Woodland is that I trust the staff completely otherwise I would not go there. I have been a customer of that store for more than 2 decades and have always been satisfied.

While I love the service I get there, I do find the prices higher compared to other stores. I know BIG O will price match, but why should I have to do the work to find the prices, they should just be competitive and offer the lowest since they will meet it anyways.

I appreciate being able to go to a honest shop. Where they know who I am and treat me with respect. I am not the easiest customer to deal with being that I ran my own automotive repair shop. I ask a lot of questions because of my knowledge of the business and I am very happy to say that the employees of Big O have always had the right and truthful answers. I will always use them for my automotive maintenance and repairs as well as recommending them to all my family and friends!!!!

I really like this tire store. Service has been great. I recently had 2 slow leaks due to nails repaired at very busy times. Like one on late Friday and one on early Monday. It took a while to get to fixing my tires because of the very busy times, but both were repaired while I waited. Friendly repair staff.

The staff is always very polite and friendly. They promptly assist you to get you in and out in a timely manner. The service they provide is awesome, I also appreciate the extra precautions they are taking during this pandemic when dealing with individuals vehicles.
