Big O Tires

Best service I have received in Woodland. I used to go to the dealershhip, thinking they knew my vehicle better, but that is not true. Each service person is very dedicated to his especialty and knows what he/ she is doing. I can't say the same of the dealership.

We have been going to this Big O for years because they are friendly and honest!

Technician left several grease fingerprints on my door and scuffs on the driver's side. Hub cap probably not secured sufficiently as I left the shop and got a carwash at the auto wash play. Then got gas and noticed a missing cap. Went back to the carwash and they had the hub cap. Also forgot to remove the warning the car need maintenance. I was able to removed the grease fingerprints and scuffs. They promptly removed the warning light up. First time for the grease/scuffs but not the first time for forgetting to remove the warning light up for maintenance warning. Service is always stellar and staff are friendly and polite.

Very well organized, eagerness to Help solve my problems

The team at Big O was very helpful and courteous. The quote I received in person was greater than the one I got online when I made my appointment, but the staff was able to straighten everything out and gave me a great deal on a set of new tires. I'll be coming back to this place as long as I'm still in the area.

We have been going to Big O for years and we trust them to take care of us and not take advantage. We have received friendly, quick service and we recommend them all time!

I only wish the tires I bought last time were still available. But the service, the product, etc were excellent.

Daniel provided me with a set time to have ride picked up and a return rather quickly of the car. The staff at this location is a great staff!

Very professional staff, took the time to check suspension assemblies and discovered potential repairs that may come up in the future, and offered a quote. DIY's may want to compare quotes with other shops and parts suppliers if thinking about doing own repairs.

Big O -Woodland staff is very attentive to the needs of the customers. Personalized service, friendly and trustworthy owners and employees.

Happy to get service walking in without an appointment. My car was ready by the time I needed that same afternoon.

This review combines my experience from two recent visits. The first where I felt the quality of service could have been improved, and the second where Josh responded to my concerns promptly and I am pleased with the way he corrected the issues. For this reason, I was not able to award 5 stars for these visits, but will continue to bring my cars here in the future for service and the quality that I have come to expect..
