Big O Tires

I enjoyed waiting in the lobby area..... it was highly pleasant to wait.

I realized I likely had a slow leak in a tire, about 4pm on a weekday. I brought the vehicle in about 4:30pm and they had the tire patched and me out the door ~5:10, despite having a number of other vehicles in the shop. To top it off, there was not out of pocket cost to me, as the service was covered under the warranty since I bought the Michelins at Big O. Big O Woodland consistently provides outstanding service.

This place is my new shop for maintenance and repairs. Taylor is honest and efficent. Shop crew are quick and accurate. Prices are great in my opinion. Ive dropped all other shops i was going to. I'm very impressed after going here for the first time. I've come back now many times and still have few more trips. This is my all around go to shop...

I have used the team in Woodland twice now and they are wonderful! They are always friendly and professional and help me understand whatever work they did on my car. You should definitely use these guys, they rock.

BIG O give the utmost qualified service then anyone else in town BIG O can do Just about any service that your car will need and they are trustworthy I have been trading with BIG O for over 50 years here in town and they have never steered me wrong. The wait was about 50 minutes to do an oil change rotate my tires and replace the two air filters in my Kia SUV. So for Tires or any other service that you need for your car, Stop by and get the best service in town.

I'm going on a driving trip. I wanted a check up to be sure that my 2006 CRV would make it to the middle of the USA. I'm a regular customer and they checked my car out and they did a great job. They were courteous and professional. I'd recommend them any day.

I originally came in to get the transmission fluid changed when I dropped it off, but I called and asked to get the coolant flush, oil change, new belt, differential fluid, cabin and air filters changed and they said no problem. I also got tires because they were worn to the limit. My car is running great.

I went to have 2 of my tires changed a few months ago & the customer service was awesome so I had to come back to get my other 2 tires changed & the customer service was even better
