I won't take my cars any where else. There always honest helpful and care for my car as if it was there own.

Tire repair. Honored warranty. Communicated well. Provided what was in my tire so I could see what caused the leak. Only thing I wish the would of offered rotation or rotated without asking since it is part of the warranty offer.

I was very satisfied with the quick and friendly service when I needed it. The waiting time was minimal. It felt good to drive away knowing that my car was checked and serviced, tires rotated, and that I was ready for the road again. Impressed with the friendly service. Thank you Tailor!

I like this Big O tires. Of all the Big Os I've gone to, this one is by far my best experience so far. The guy, Josh, that helped me from phone call to ride home was awesome! I hit a pothole on the freeway and needed two new tires. I told them it was unexpected expense and did not want something expensive or added sales... and they were caring and supportive. Found two good brand tires for a reasonable price. Did the inspection on the wheels, brakes and alignment to make sure there was no other damage. I was in there at 8:30 and home (used their shuttle) by 9am. They called at noon and picked me up by 12:30.

Had trouble with my car alignment. Was up and down on rack many times. Until they got it right. It took over 3 hours. But The End Results were perfect!😊

I was impressed with the fast and friendly service. I needed a new cover underneath my car, it had been ordered from the Subaru dealer. When it had arrived at the Bi-O station, I was informed about it , I made a 9 am appointment and the repair was promptly done. The people were very helpful, they quickly checked the H.2.O and the oil level as I asked about it, and I was ready to go by 9:30 am Thank you guys!
