My go to mechanic who I trusted with my vehicle died. I did not know if I can find a mechanic or car service business I can trust. Woodland Ca Big O showed hat I can now move on and found a trustworthy business.

I went in for a front end alignment, the service tech said an alignment was not necessary. I appreciate the honesty. I believe a rotation and balance took care of the problem. Thank you!

The customer service is always great and this was no exception.

Had brakes but on my daughter car a week and a half ago everyone was first class customer service would not go any other place

They always are friendly upon arrival. Every time they service my truck they do a full inspection without me even asking. There have been many times where I have a light out of a fuse die and they replace it without telling me it’s needed and without charging me. If my truck needs to be in for an extended period of time, the team at Big O has given me rides and continuous updates while I’m away. Josh and Taylor run an excellent store. I will only ever take my truck elsewhere for maintenance when I am in need of a service Big O does not provide
