Always good customer service

I had a tire pressure light come on while driving again, so brought it in to BigO without an appointment. They were busy but said they would get to it, which was great. In the end, the TPM sensors had low batteries and my tires needed replacing (which was no surprise) and my struts went bad too (the only surprise). They were able to replace everything faster than predicted and at a lower cost than they initially estimated. Great folks, very friendly, part of the family.

Taylor and his co-workers are always polite, friendly, and professional.They are on time and generous with rides to/from home or work.
