Big O Tires

While I was waiting for my car I saw a lot of interaction between customers and the team, on what seemed to be a very busy day. The customer service was great, the team was helpful. the customers seem to feel very comfortable in the interactions, and it seemed like they knew all of the customers by name - which was a refreshing and positive experience in the crazy world we live in today.

I was waited on promptly. They had to order the tire size I needed and said they could have it in that afternoon (Friday) but if I waited until Monday I could get a rebate on the purchase. I appreciated the honesty and customer service as there are many places that would not have even mentioned it. I dropped my car off at the scheduled appointment time and said it would take two hours. They gave me a ride home and 90 minutes later called, said the car was done and they were sending someone to pick me up. Outstanding!!

Stopped in on the spur of the moment for a needed service and was on my way in less than 10 minutes excellent service as expected.

The staff was super friendly, and professional. They got straight to the point and even offered services in other areas of my car that they wanted me to be aware of and or taken care of then or scheduled for another date. They gave me receipts of everything and thoroughly explained the process of how the warranty works.

I went in to get the tires rotated and it was done on time and excellent service.

Very professional service and was able to diagnose the issue with my car promptly. The problem with my car has been a 2 year ordeal and the dealership was unable to figure it out. Big O figured out exactly what I suspected was wrong and repaired the issue quickly. Extremely satisfied with the experienced staff.

I called about 2:00 saying that I thought I had a fuel pump issue.They said I could bring the car in and they would take care of it the next morning (Saturday).By 9:30 they called to say that indeed it was the fuel pump.It was fixed and a tire rotation and balancing was done by 1:45.Everyone is helpful and kind.

Car was serviced and delivered on time as was stated.
