Taylor made sure I had the right tires and in a timely manner and the very next day the new tires proved more than equall to the task and I am sure saved the day.

My car was making a bad noise. Upon arrival, Josh, the owner, took time to ride in the vehicle with me to help analyze the problem. He said he would place it on the alignment rack and should have an answer in an hour. True to his word, which has constantly been my experience, my car was ready in one hour. He found some bolts had come loose and had his staff tighten them. The car is now running quietly and my concern has evaporated. And to top it off, I was picked up at my house and when I went to pay the bill, there was no charge! I have been going to Big O for several years and happily report this not to be unusual but the constant standard they provide. Josh, Taylor and Jena have always provided me with unparalleled service and I recommend Big O to all my friends in need of outstanding automotive sales and service. I went to Big O after asking recommendations to my neighbors (via Nextdoor). Out of the many replies more than half suggested Big O. I am decided to schedule the tire replacement of my beloved Honda Fit with Big O. I am so glad I did. All the staff responded with professionalism and respect. Very satisfied indeed!
