Taylor and Joshua were very professional and helpful with my questions and problems of the car. Every time i returned with questions and new issues, and new parts, they were very helpful.

Hey. I was going to say this in the store, but the employee it is concerning was near by. The treatment by some of the shop workers toward Riley was inappropriate and unkind. That should be taken care of.

Took my Kia SUV in to have the Brake system checked. They checked everything that had to do with my brake system and it was in great shape, But did not have the device to check my brake adjusters so with that I will need to go to my Kia dealership to have that checked.They check my Brake system and it took 2 hours to go through the Brake system. Thought I would have a bill to pay when I went to pickup my SUV, But no, know bill to pay, free of charge just to check it. WOW!!! BIG O you are the Best!!! Thanks again. ; Jim Newton

I always enjoy my visits to Big O Tire! I am in my car a lot and have my car serviced here often. I trust their work, am always treated with great customer service and lots of friendly employees! The employee are very helpful and are very nice. They also have timing for appointments and are pretty quick at getting your vehicle back to you. Very Satisfied!!

They help me with sports car tires for 3 cars and they do a great job. Just took a battery there for warranty replacement when others in town didn't have the correct size. I didn't know they handled batteries too until now.

The appointment was easy to schedule. They took my car in for service at the agreed upon time. Communication was good during my service. There was a clear explanation of what was done at the service and I was informed of things that needed future attention on the vehicle.

there was a difference in the amount that was calculated at the time repair estimate was made. I had a question about the paid amount and the estimated. A correction was made right away, no questions asked. Thank you! One of your newer customers.

Jenna McGinty worked with me throughout the whole process of purchasing my new tires and explaining in detail all the repairs my car needed and my options. She did an excellent job in communicating the problems with the car and the repairs needed. Also, my car was done when they promised it would be done.

In my opinion, having a vehicle serviced is rarely a good experience. They typically try to "upsell" me on things I don't need or can't afford or they talk down to me like I'm a complete idiot. Naturally, I was dreading getting my tires replaced and waited longer than I probably should have. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service I received at Big O. Thanks, Guys! I'll definitely be back.

The tire selection was great compared to other places. The ease of making an appointment online with my mobile phone was perfect. An associate contacted me quickly to discuss my upcoming appointment and confirm the necessary details. Drop off and pick up was easy. All in all a good experience.
