Big O Tires

I prefer coming to Big O you guys take care of us every time. Get us in a timely manner and back out. Always offer us a ride somewhere. Always a friendly and approachable bunch of guys.

Big O acquired the tires I requested and set up an appointment at my convenience. The use of the Big O website does not feed in to the local store despite “scheduling me an appointment” and providing me with an appointment verification. I have experienced other corporate websites that purport to scheduling appointments, so I called the local store and they were grateful that I did because the tires needed to be ordered and the time slot the website provided was already occupied. Please update your website and get rid of the ineffective scheduling option. This Big O in Woodland provided quick and friendly service.

It was a great experience they gave me a ride to my job after and even picked me up even though the driver waited for me for 1/2 hour to get off the phone with boss and picked me up from work to pick up my car

Josh and Taylor were very friendly and pleasant to work with. Location needs more parking, it is very diffcult to park and maneuver in this location at times unsafe and waiting room needs a remodel.

This is the second time I had tire replacement done. I was impressed with the friendliness, fast service of your business. The waiting room was super clean, with the latest magazines, everything in order. It is good to know that there are businesses in town who care for their customers, and do everything to accommodate you. I will be back when the need arises. Thank you!

Every time ive visited Big O, i always recieve the best service as a customer and really appreciate the care and speed with wich the employees provide in getting my vehicle serviced quickly and without issue. Thank you Big O Team!

Great customer service! They even delivered our car to our home when it was finished since we are out of town and we wouldn't be back in time before the store closed. That was hugely helpful for me and my wife!

Was a little concerned at drop off (8:00am) as I did not have a scheduled appointment for a basic oil change. But was able to leave my vehicle for service as time allowed. I needed my vehicle by afternoon as I would be leaving town. Was VERY pleased when I received a call saying my vehicle was done, and it was before noon. VERY pleased with the staff and customer service I received.

All of the staff at Big O are awesome! They are always friendly, explain what the plan is for the service, and get the work done as quickly as possible. I have been taking my vehicles to them for years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

Shop manager Jenna and technician Taylor were both true to their word!!!!!!!! They both told me that they would get my tire put on, even if they had to stay late!!!!! They both very well represented Big O Tires....and I save a couple hundred dollars compared to another tire company. What's not to like!
