Big O Tires

I love this place ,but recently I have noticed a very young crew ..i know everyone has to start somewhere but alot of horse play going on in the pit.The last couple times of my service tools were left under my hood luckily they stayed in place cause they could have done some real damage being it was a huge wrench..so maybe the manager on shift needs to keep a closer eye or do a final inspection before sending the cars out...other than that I love this place..and will continue to take my jeep here

very good customer service, Paul, Josh, Taylor and crew always go out of their way to take care of customer needs.

Consistently great service before, during, and after the sale. These folks know me, my vehicles, and the product they work with. They are as much friends as mechanics and truly care about what they do.

Only issue is I keep getting TPM errors. I've checked the pressure and reset the monitor but keep getting faults. Any ideas?

I try not to go anywhere else--and when I am traveling out of the area, I call them first for advice! And if I need to take my car for a service they do not provide, they advise on that, too--they are like my own mechanical gurus!

When having a tire looked at due to a screw imbedded, it was determined I needed to replace the tire, and due to me driving an all wheel drive vehicle, that meant all 4 tires. During the selection process the associate checked the warranty status of my current tires. turns out sine I bought Bog O tires, with a 3 year warranty. The tire damaged was fully covered. So with having to purchase new tires, I got a 4 for the price of 3. Which was the promotion I was originally looking at with a different brand. But I have had good experiences with Bog O brand, 4th set over the the past 12+ years.

I had excellent service and my car was done in a timely manner. I always have a great experience when I go to Big O Tires on Main Street in Woodland California.

I have been working with Jenna on my vehicles for years. She always makes the process swift and easy. Her personable style helps as far as being customer-serivce oriented.
