I did not know what exactly was wrong with my tire function. The two check in people were knowledgeable and experienced! They explained what was wrong, gave me a solution and started on my car. I waited for my car. They said it would take approximately 2 hours, it took a little Uber. They kept me apprised of what was happening. I will go back!!!

the last couple weeks I've pretty much lived at Big O. From tires, to struts, to sway bar links, they take care of it all. Everything is at a fair price and their priority is to get you back on the road without hurting your wallet. Paul, Taylor, Randy, and Austin have all answered question after question for me with patience and knowledge, while the guys in the back take care care of the truck. Every time I drive it in there because it's acting up it comes out fixed or I leave with the knowledge of what it is and how to fix it. The Big O staff defiantly goes beyond expectations. Thank you guys and I'm sure you'll be seeing me soon

I started going there because I heard they don't charge for tire rotations when you get an oil change. It was true! I've been there several times now and have gotten superior service every time.

They were able to do all my vehicle repairs. Inside and out.

Over the last 15 years we have come to rely on the the consistent high quality service offered at Big O.

I was referred to Big O Tires by Lindstrom Auto Body after I had hit a deer as the alignment was needed. Lindstrom contacted Big O Tires to let them know I would be in for s front end alignment. When I got to Big O Tires they were busy but the person behind the counter was friendly, acknowledged I was there, and told me they would be with me asap. When I got to the counter the person helping me said they were waiting for me. I was able to go back a couple hours later and the alignment was done. I was told what other things are needed to be done ,tire rotation etc. I would go back there anytime.

I brought in 4 wheels that had old tires. They were able to quickly find replacement tires and started to install them as I was finishing up my paperwork! Very quick! Addionally, I noticed how clean the restrooms were... usually I see very dirty, dingy, dark bathrooms in gas stations or tire shops, but this was exceptionally clean and well lit!

Josh and his crew seem to work with each other and I have always been taken care of well here, my vehicles always feel like new when I leave
