Big O Tires

Went there two days ago and was happy with the service I had.

Staff at Big O in Woodland were very clear in their communication and shared pricing, and details of all the services that I needed. They were also able to add needed service for my vehicle on short notice which I really appreciated.

As always, Paul and his crew took good care of me and my Raptor. These guys are the best.

The crew went the extra mile to figure out my wheel balance issues on my larger than stock tires. Two road tests plus they rotated one of the problematic tires on the wheel to get it to balance better.

Vehicle brought in for tire rotation. Appreciate seat being covered with plastic and paper floor mat. While watching service I noticed how careful everyone was to ensure everything done correctly.

I had an excellent customer service experience at Big-O dealing with what ended up being a defective tire that slowly leaked air. Jenna, the representative that assisted me throughout thoroughly discussed all steps that would be taken to assess the tire and all options for replacement. Once the techs assessed that the tire appeared to be defective, Jenna worked directly with the manufacturer to get a replacement and a sizable discount! (requiring multiple back and forth communications). Really appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism of all the service folks that worked on my car!

I have been going to this Big O location for many years, I have always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, friendliness, customer service and skills of the technicians.

Only thing was my original tire choice had to be shipped, and with the additional shipping charge would have offset any savings on the tire sale. But second choice was available with no additional charges.

The staff at the Woodland Big O tire are by fate the best in Cutomer service , honesty and just going out of there way to make your visit go as smooth as possible. My two daughters and my wife feel complety comfortable taking there vehicles in for service because they are treated with respect and dignity
